Learn to trust Yourself
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that don’t seem to change no matter how hard you try? Do you feel like you can’t trust your inner compass?
I specialize in somatic attachment therapy, anxiety relief, depression support, and improving self-worth, guiding you to reconnect with your body’s wisdom and experience.
I offer client-centered and compassionate therapy in my practice in Vancouver to help you move past overwhelm into more safety, clarity, and confidence.
I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in good standing with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
I have been working in client-focused fields with various populations for over 15 years and and I am deeply passionate and curious about people’s innate capacity to heal and change. It takes courage to want change and to seek out someone that can help.
I am here to provide a safe space, authenticity, connection and lots of room for vulnerability and compassion.
Strength-Based Approach
Therapy with me focuses on helping you recognize your strengths and inner resources, so you can move toward change in a way that feels grounded and achievable.
PErson-Centered
I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, explore what you’re feeling, and begin to understand yourself with more clarity and compassion.
Somatic Attachment
My approach helps you gently work through past experiences, calm emotional tension in your body, and build stronger, healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
